Ben Matters

Ben Matters brings extensive experience in the food service and procurement sectors, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Head of Procurement at Liv Eat Healthy Eating since February 2015. In this capacity, Ben oversees procurement operations, collaborating with the operations team to control costs while ensuring supply needs are met. Previously held positions at Liv Eat include Head of Research and Development, focusing on menu innovation through data analysis, as well as Head of Production, where responsibilities included managing the production process and training kitchen staff. Additional roles at Liv Eat encompassed Production & Corporate Catering Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager. Ben also operates as a Franchise Owner & Director at Chatara Pty Ltd since December 2022, with earlier experience at Huon Aquaculture and Liv Eat. Educational background includes attending The Friends' School and Tarremah Steiner School in Tasmania.
