Ben Jin Ooi

Ben Jin Ooi's work experience begins in 2002 at Freescale Semiconductor, where they worked as a Product Engineer until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a New Product Introduction Program Manager at the same company. In 2009, they joined Sorin Group as a Senior Project Manager in Operations until the end of 2010. Ben Jin then took on the role of Director of Business Development, focusing on Corporate China and Emerging Markets until 2015. In 2016, they started working at LivaNova as Vice President of Integration until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as VP of Strategic Initiatives. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy, and from 2019 until present, they hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations & Strategy - International at LivaNova.

Ben Jin Ooi has an MBA degree in Business from INSEAD, obtained in 2009. Ben Jin also has a PMP certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2008. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1999 to 2002. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended the London College of Music from 1996 to 1998 and earned the ALCM degree.
