Deanna Wilke

Deanna Wilke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Deanna began their career as an Advertising Director at Kernel Press, Inc./Kentucky Kernel in 1999, where they worked until 2006. Deanna then joined Griffin Communications Group as Director of Account Services, a role they held for ten years until 2016. In 2013, they started a concurrent position as Vice Chairman and Board Member at Clear Creek Education Foundation, which they held until 2017. Their most recent role was as the VP of Corporate Communications at LivaNova, where they started in October 2016.

Deanna Wilke graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Integrated Strategic Communications in 2000. Later, they completed their MBA in Business Administration at the University of Kentucky from 2002 to 2005.
