Karsten Stemmer

Karsten Stemmer has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 as an Operations Manager at The Stanley Works. Karsten then worked as a Black Belt at Ontex from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they joined Novelis as a Master Blackbelt candidate from 2006 to 2011. Karsten Stemmer then worked at S Plus Managementberatung as a Senior Consultant in 2011. Karsten continued their career at S Plus Consult, where they served as a Senior-Partner from 2011 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director LivaNova Business System at LivaNova since April 2022. Before that, they worked as Senior Manager Operational Excellence at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Karsten Stemmer attended Staatl. Berufsschule I Ansbach from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Industriekaufmann. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Horse assisted Coach from Akademie für pferdegestütztes Coaching - Franziska Müller in 2016, SixSigma Blackbelt from Dieter Szemkus in 2008 and Novelis in 2007, LSS Blackbelt from George Group in 2006, EHS Auditor from convergence Consulting in 2005, and Operatives Finanzmanagement from Management School St.Gallen in 2002.
