Deanna Schmidt

Deanna Schmidt has a strong background in marketing and communications with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Deanna is currently the VP of Marketing at LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Elme Communities, where they oversaw marketing and communications strategies. Before that, they served as the Senior Marketing Director at VORNADO/Charles E. Smith, leading property marketing efforts for multifamily and commercial office buildings. Deanna also has experience as a Design and Marketing Strategist at their own company, Deanna Schmidt LLC, and as a Senior Marketing Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle. Deanna started their career as a Design Manager at Corporate Executive Board.

Deanna Schmidt attended Virginia Tech from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, focusing on Professional Writing.
