Ella Hay

Ella Hay is an experienced operations executive and events manager with a diverse background in hospitality and food services. Currently serving as Operations Executive at The Jockey Club's Cheltenham Racecourse since February 2024, and simultaneously working as VIP Events Manager at Live Nation Entertainment since June 2021, Ella has also held positions such as Reception Host at Farncombe Estate and Assistant Manager at The Lion, Tredington. Prior roles include Food and Beverage Supervisor at Da Luigi Bistro and BARONS HUXLEYS LTD, as well as a Food Composition Laboratory Technician at Campden BRI, where technical skills in food analysis were developed. Ella's early career included roles as a Fresh Produce Picker and Farm Hand, showcasing a strong foundation in both agricultural and hospitality sectors.
