Chelsea Smiley is an experienced professional in underwriting and relationship management, currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Live Oak Bank since April 2014. In this role, Chelsea aligns with established lending policies and procedures while focusing on examining, evaluating, and closing commercial extensions of credit related to SBA loan programs for the Agriculture industry.
