Betty Sander

Betty Sander is an experienced sales and training coordinator in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the IT COSMETICS Sales and Training Coordinator for the Midwest at L'Oréal since January 2020. In addition, Betty is a Brand Ambassador for Live Ultimate, promoting mindful health and wellness since March 2019, and an entrepreneur actively helping individuals advance in their lives through the IT FACTOR principles since April 2012. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager for Cosmetics at Dillards from May 2013 to March 2018, and Sales Manager at Macy's from August 2010 to May 2013. Betty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Illinois University.
