Tom Kawai has over 18 years of experience in the radio industry, serving as Program Director and Musical Director at Real Country Radio since June 2005. With a strong background in music production, Tom Kawai also works as a freelance record producer for various local record labels and independent artists. Prior to the current roles at Real Country Radio, Tom Kawai held the positions of MD and PD from 2005 to 2011, contributing to the station's growth and development during that time.
