Kenton Chun

Kenton Chun has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kenton started their career as a Facilities Associate at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2009 and then worked as a Grounds Crew and later as a Grounds Crew Chief at the same institution. During this time, they were responsible for maintaining the baseball field, stadium, and surrounding areas, as well as preparing them for UH baseball games.

In 2011, Kenton transitioned to a Computer Support Specialist role at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and provided technical support.

In 2012, they joined Time Warner Cable as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in the industry.

The same year, Kenton started working at DataHouse as a Tech intern. Subsequently, they became a Web Developer, creating applications using the MEAN stack and variations of it. Kenton also worked with SQL Server to interface with existing applications and used DevOp tools like Jenkins to deploy to AWS services. Additionally, they utilized authentication technologies such as Auth0 and JWT.

In 2017, Kenton briefly worked as a Kicker for the Iowa Barnstormers before joining LiveAction - Network Performance Management as a Software Engineer I.

Before that, they attended Southern Oregon University from 2007 to 2009, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, although the field of study is not specified.
