Spencer Ford has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they were a Social Science Research Assistant at BYU and a Volunteer Representative at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2010 to 2013. Spencer also worked as an Operator at the Utah County Crisis Line in 2014 and as a Teacher at High School Global Alliances in 2013. In 2015, they became an MRI Operator -Level 3 certified at BYU MFT. In 2016, they were a Developer and Project Manager at Prototypal Solutions. In 2017, they became the Owner/Operator of Made With... Gourmet Spice Containers. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at SalesRabbit, Inc. and they are currently a Full Stack Engineer at LiveAuctioneers. Additionally, in 2021, they became an Author for The Little-Known Heroes, a children's book series connecting children and their families to the little-known heroes of history.
Spencer Ford has a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. From 2015 to 2016, they pursued a BS in Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, also from Brigham Young University. In 2016, they attended World Tech Academy to study Web Development. In addition to their formal education, Spencer Ford has obtained certifications in Sexual Assault Counselling from the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault (UCASA) in 2018, as well as certifications in AngularJS and JavaScript 2 from Proofolio.
