Kamila Zdrenka - Szostak

Kamila Zdrenka - Szostak is the People Partners Lead at LiveChat. Kamila has over ten years of experience in human resources and has held various positions in both the private and public sector.

Most recently, Kamila was the HR Manager at TBSCG (Banyan Solutions Ltd.), where they were responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities on a global scale. During their time at TBSCG, Kamila implemented a new HR software which improved data management, analysis, and reporting capabilities, while also streamlining daily HR functions. In addition to their work with TBSCG, Kamila has also served as the Board Assistant for KEN Solutions.

Through their various roles in human resources, Kamila has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in employee relations, performance review and professional development processes, employee lifecycle management, HR policies and procedures, ISO 27001 compliance, recruitment coordination, internal training, and company event organization. Kamila is passionate about their work in human resources and is dedicated to creating positive work environments for all employees.

Kamila Zdrenka-Szostak has a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Wrocław and a field in Human Resources Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu.

Their manager is Agnieszka Susidko, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Anna Bien-Jawulska - People Operation Specialist, Aneta Giza - Recruitment Lead, and Jolanta Koniuszy - People Partner.
