Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Livelo Brasil since December 2021, Andre previously held the role of CEO at Smiles from September 2013 to December 2021, where significant achievements included launching Smiles Argentina and developing innovative loyalty products. Andre's experience extends to Citi, where roles included Products & CRM Executive Director and Sales Director, overseeing large teams and driving customer satisfaction initiatives. Andre began the career in logistics and insurance sales, complemented by an extensive educational background including advanced management programs from INSEAD and Northwestern University.
