Patrick McKnight has extensive work experience in product management. Patrick started their career at Ultimate Software in 2015, where they held various roles such as ACA Benefits Specialist, Team Lead for ACA Benefit Services, Product Owner for Tax Compliance, and Product Owner for Mobile Pay. In these roles, they demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and successfully led agile development teams.

In 2021, Patrick joined UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Senior Product Manager for UKG Ready Payroll. Patrick played a crucial role in defining and evangelizing the product's strategy and vision, designing and implementing integrations between legacy Ultimate Software and Kronos products, and creating synergies to reduce engineering costs. Additionally, Patrick served as the voice of the customer and utilized customer feedback and industry trends to guide product direction and decision-making. Patrick also contributed to organizational and customer readiness activities for new product releases.

Currently, Patrick is working at Lively, Inc. as a Technical Product Manager, starting in 2022.

Patrick McKnight earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from the University of Central Florida - College of Business Administration. Patrick later pursued a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from the same institution. Patrick completed their undergraduate studies from 2005 to 2008, and their graduate degree from 2008 to 2009.
