Serena Rizza

Serena Rizza's work experience begins with their current role as a Partner Development Manager at Lively, Inc. where they are focused on maximizing the potential of health savings accounts through intuitive design and ongoing education. Prior to this, Serena worked at Verizon Wireless as a Business Account Manager, where they exceeded monthly sales quotas by acquiring and retaining accounts of small to mid-sized businesses. Serena was recognized for outstanding sales results and participated in the Women of Wireless program. Serena also had experience at Insight Global, where they worked as an Account Manager and Recruiter. Additionally, they gained internships in human resources at Gulf Connexions and the Armstrong Group of Companies, as well as an internship at The Hope Learning Center. Serena's earlier experience includes roles as a First-Year Orientation Guide at James Madison University and a Hostess at Aviva Brick Oven.

Serena Rizza holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies from James Madison University. Serena also participated in a semester abroad program called Semester At Sea, where they pursued further studies in Communication Studies. Prior to their university education, Serena attended Pine Richland High School. In addition to their formal education, Serena has obtained several certifications, including Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Learning Salesforce, Remote Work Foundations, Selling with Authenticity, and Strategic Thinking. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in November 2020.
