Tyler Story

Manager, Technical Customer Success at Lively, Inc.

Tyler Story has a diverse work experience in customer success and technical support roles. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Act-On Software, Inc. as a Technical Solutions Engineer, assisting customers with technical questions and troubleshooting. Tyler also supported the Customer Success Team, E-Learning team, and Sales with technical implementations. Tyler then briefly worked as a Sales Development Associate at Act-On Software before joining Advanced Fraud Solutions in 2018. At Advanced Fraud Solutions, they served as a Support and Training Specialist, helping customers with product issues, managing new customer accounts, and creating training documentation. More recently, Tyler has been working at Lively, Inc. since 2020. Tyler started as a Customer Success Manager and has progressed to the roles of Sr. Technical Customer Success Manager and currently, Manager of Technical Customer Success.

Tyler Story completed their education at Fuller Theological Seminary from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Theology (MAT) with a focus on Christian Ethics. Prior to that, Tyler attended Jessup University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Bible & Theology with a specialization in Youth Ministry. Tyler'sfield of study at Jessup University was primarily centered around Bible and Biblical Studies.
