Alexandra Hansmeyer is the General Counsel and Head of ESG at LiveMore Capital. With a background in cross-border transactions and corporate law, Alexandra has held senior legal positions at companies like Hengeler Mueller, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and Graf von Westphalen- Shanghai. Alexandra also has experience in investment banking and intellectual property law. Alexandra holds a Dr. jur degree in Law from the University of Hamburg and is a Solicitor (England and Wales) from the College of Law, London.
