Ivaylo Georgiev

Ivaylo Georgiev serves as the Head of Procurement at Liveo Research since February 2020, leading a procurement team focused on raw materials and packaging, managing over 100 million Euros in expenditures. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Buyer at both Liveo Research and Bilcare Research GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed strategic and operational procurement with a focus on SMART savings objectives. Additionally, Ivaylo has held positions as Area Sales Manager for Eastern/Western Europe, the Middle East, and Japan, and as Chief Customer Officer at Phytowelt GreenTechnologies GmbH, where strategic orientation and customer management were prioritized. Education includes an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a Diplom in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, and Economics from the University of Münster, and further studies at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
