Doug Petkanics

Doug Petkanics is the Co-Founder and CEO at Livepeer. Doug has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and software developer. Prior to Livepeer, Doug was the Co-founder and VP Engineering at Wildcard Inc, where they led a team of engineers in solving problems in data structuring, web emulation, network performance, mobile development and interface/product design. Wildcard's product was awarded one of Apple's Apps of the Year in 2015. Doug has also served as a Member of Technical Staff at Groupon and as the Co-Founder and VP Engineering at Hyperpublic, which was acquired by Groupon in 2012. Doug has also been an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Frogmetrics and an Analyst at Accenture.

Doug Petkanics graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Computer Science.
