Michal Kestenboum

Michal Kestenboum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the technology and customer support sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager in the Tech Bus Ops & IT Department at LivePerson since September 2011, Michal has been instrumental in leading governance, process methodologies, and internal process improvements. Prior roles at LivePerson include Senior Project Manager in the Global Service Department and in the Global Business Systems Department, overseeing cross-company projects and managing systems-related initiatives. Before joining LivePerson, Michal held project management roles at Comverse, focusing on Customer Support Information Systems and leading the Call Center team. Michal's career began in the military service at the Ministry of Defense in Israel, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The College of Management-Academic Studies Division.
