Mike Starkey

Mike Starkey currently serves as the VP of Strategic Account Solutions at LivePerson, where expertise in conversational AI supports major brands in engaging customers through preferred messaging channels. Starkey has been a Trustee and serves in multiple leadership roles at the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, including Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Investment Committee, overseeing substantial assets. Previous experience includes a senior role at Genesys focused on enhancing customer interactions, Vice President of Sales at Metastorm, and a Senior Account Executive position at IBM. Starkey holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and completed the IBM Client Executive Certification Program at Harvard Business School.
