Patrick Fieger

Patrick Fieger is an experienced professional in the technology and customer engagement sectors, currently serving as Lead Engagement Manager at Sprinklr since April 2024. In addition to this role, Patrick has been with LivePerson since January 2019, progressing from Solutions Engineer to Manager Solutions Engineering in Conversational AI Engineering, contributing to the transformation of customer care with advanced messaging and AI technology. Prior to this, Patrick worked as a Full Stack Developer at creativecats UG and Q-Agency AG, as well as a Freelance Web Developer for several years. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Design from Fachhochschule Darmstadt, obtained between 2012 and 2019.
