Ricky Merrefield

Ricky Merrefield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and product management. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at LivePerson since May 2023, Ricky previously held multiple roles at LivePerson, including Solutions Engineer and Software Engineer, from October 2011 to July 2021. At Khoros, from July 2021 to October 2022, Ricky excelled as a Product Manager, leading the development of a CCaaS analytics solution and spearheading tech modernization efforts. Ricky possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Indiana University East and has a proven track record of managing SaaS solution deployments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
