Rob Favero

Rob Favero is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development across multiple organizations. Currently at LivePerson since September 2021, Rob focuses on innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Rob worked at Lockheed Martin from September 2019 to August 2021 as a key developer on the "system of record" database application for the Orion human space exploration vehicle. From February 2001 to August 2019, Rob held several positions at Avaya, serving as a lead engineer for critical applications in cloud environments and contributing significantly to VOIP communications platforms. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Computer Emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 1982 and 1986.
