Stephen Bowman

Stephen Bowman currently serves as a Senior Recruitment Officer at Liverpool City Council since December 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Human Resources Assistant at the same council. Stephen obtained a Higher National Certificate in Public Administration from Liverpool John Moores University, where studies took place from August 1997 to June 1998.
