Jen Ratcliffe

Jen Ratcliffe is an experienced professional in outreach, employability, and project management, currently serving as the Outreach and Transitions Manager and Employment Officer at Liverpool Hope University since December 2018. Jen has developed strong relationships with local employers to enhance student opportunities and has organized various events to facilitate employer-student interactions. Previous roles include managing asymptomatic testing sites, working as a Community Engagement Officer at Capacity: The Public Services Lab, and serving as a Project Coordinator at Micah Liverpool, where Jen focused on supporting volunteers in their job search.
