Steven Abd El Hamid

Steven Abd El Hamid is the co-founder and CEO of LiveWith. Steven has over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in rentals and sales. Prior to LiveWith, Steven was the co-founder of RC Group, a real estate company that achieved $1M in yearly revenue through negotiation and execution of 75 rentals and 4 building sales. Steven led the rental lead generation acquisition strategy and execution, resulting in 1,000+ rental and 200 sales leads. Steven also created the rental and sales process manual used for training purposes when onboarding agents.

Steven Abd El Hamid has a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Tech MBA from Cornell Tech. Steven also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bond University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Berkeley College.
