Tashona White

Tashona serves as the Human Resources Director, leading employee engagement, benefits management, talent acquisition, while cultivating a positive company culture. Tashona has been an HR leader for over 9 years working to support various organizations with high volume recruiting and hiring, while serving as a strategic business partner to move the organization forward with employee engagement, retention, and a collaborative and inclusive company environment. She has served as a consultant for small business owners, helping them to establish protocols, mitigate risks, and increase and empower the workforce. She has also taught online as a teacher of English as a Second Language for students in various parts of the world. Tashona earned her BA degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a certification in Human Resource Management. She lives in Chicago with her husband where she enjoys spending time with family and nurturing her nieces and nephews.
