Derek Deprey

Derek Deprey is a highly experienced leadership facilitator and coach, currently serving at Living As A Leader since January 2024 and as the founder of Fit to Lead since October 2014. Derek authored the book "SHIFT: Move from Frustrated to Fulfilled," focused on personal and professional development. With a diverse background, Derek holds professional memberships in the National Speakers Association and the C-Suite For Christ Speakers Bureau. Previous roles include Head of Employee Success at ETE REMAN, where Derek improved employee experience, and various leadership positions at Wisconsin Athletic Club, significantly enhancing organizational performance and employee development. Derek has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Educational qualifications include a BBA from Wisconsin Lutheran College and an MSS from the United States Sports Academy.
