Greg Watson PMM, PCMH

Greg Watson PMM, PCMH has a wealth of experience in operations and logistics management. Greg began their career in 2000 as Distribution Centre Manager at 'The Source' (Bell) Electronics Canada Inc., where they oversaw a 375,000 sq. ft. facility that fulfilled to over 700 store locations nationally. In 2015, they joined the Napoleon Group of Companies as Senior Manager Global Transportation & Order Management - Logistics, where they created and managed budgets, processes, equipment and systems to optimize productivity and efficiencies. Greg also served as Senior Manager - Transportation, Logistics and Warehousing, and Corporate Logistics Manager, where they were corporately responsible for globally planning, organizing and controlling finished goods for distribution, shipping/receiving and warehousing. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant - Logistics for National Logistics Services (2006) Inc., where they evaluated current pick, pack and ship processes and presented potential enhancements along with ROI. In 2021, they joined Club Coffee as Warehouse Operations & Transportation Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became Director of Operations - Living Libations, where they are responsible for planning logistics, implementing priorities, and overseeing the functionality of the systems and processes of day-to-day operations.

Greg Watson PMM, PCMH attended Georgian College from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations. From 1998 to 2000, they attended the Ontario Material Handling & Management Society to obtain their P.MM - P.C.M.H degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they hold a Professional Certified in Material Handling certification from the Material Handling and Management Society in Toronto.
