Tom Gillespie

Tom Gillespie is the current President & CEO at LIVING WELL DISABILITY SERVICES. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director at DRCC from March 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Program Officer at Hammer Residences, Inc. from August 2015 to March 2018. Tom has also held the position of Director of System Design at Hammer Residences, Inc. from July 2014 to August 2015, and Program Director at Hammer Residences, Inc. from February 2007 to April 2014.

Throughout their career, Tom has been responsible for employee engagement, budgetary oversight, regulatory compliance and leadership development. Tom has also overseen the delivery of person centered supports for individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community based settings. In their current role as President & CEO at LIVING WELL DISABILITY SERVICES, Tom is responsible for the overall management and operation of the organization.

Tom Gillespie has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and a certification in Change Management from the University of St. Thomas.
