Megan Palmer

Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator at Livingston County Catholic Charities

Megan Palmer has extensive experience in substance abuse prevention and social work, currently serving as the Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator at Livingston County Catholic Charities since November 2017. Previously, from February 2012 to November 2017, Megan worked as the Drug Free Communities Project Coordinator for Barry County Community Mental Health Authority, organizing trainings and managing public relations. Earlier roles include Case Manager at The Connection Youth Services, where Megan facilitated support for homeless youth, and various internships focused on culinary arts and social service coordination. Megan holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute, and a Bachelor in Social Work from Western Michigan University.
