Eric Sanborn

Law Enforcement Administrator - Special Services Lieutenant at Livingston County Sheriff's Office

Eric Sanborn is a seasoned law enforcement professional currently serving as a Department Analyst at the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) since July 2024. Previously, Eric worked for the Livingston County Sheriff's Office from January 2007 to August 2024, where responsibilities included serving as a Law Enforcement Administrator and Special Services Lieutenant, overseeing field services, managing a budget of $20 million, and directing recruitment and accreditation processes. Eric holds a Master of Administration in Public Management from Northern Arizona University and has completed several leadership programs, including the FBI National Academy and courses at Central Michigan University and Eastern Michigan University.
