David Sulaski

David Sulaski has a strong background in finance and development. David co-founded Livingstone in 2007 and continues to serve as the Managing Partner. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company from 2003 to 2006. David also worked as a Corporate Finance Executive at William Blair & Company from 1999 to 2003. Before that, they served as the General Counsel at the Illinois Development Finance Authority from 1996 to 1999.

David Sulaski has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. David has also obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
