William Fellows

William Fellows serves as the Executive Managing Director at Lixia Capsia Gestionis (LixCap) since November 2012, specializing in emerging markets investment advisory services with a focus on venture finance and development consultancy. As the Executive Director for Ifria Cold Chain Development Company since March 2020, William plays a key role in sustainable cold chain solutions for the agricultural sector. Additionally, William is a founding partner at Lix Capital Management and acts as a member of the Board of Directors for Atlas Cold Port LLC. With significant experience as a managing trustee for a family office and prior roles in investment advisory for initiatives such as Gazelles Al Maghrib, Silatech, and VEGA, William has demonstrated extensive expertise in venture capital and economic development. William holds multiple advanced degrees including a Masters in International Economics and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University.
