Julie Jordan

Julie Jordan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at LJA since August 2013, Julie collaborates with benefits brokers and HR/Finance management on the design of annual benefits plans and addresses employee benefits communications. Previous roles at LJA include Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, where Julie implemented employee policies and managed benefits administration. Prior to LJA, Julie worked at Idera Software and Precious Formals in various roles, including Accounts Payable Administrator and Sales and Marketing Manager, respectively. Julie also gained experience as an intern at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Julie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and Finance from Ohio University, earned in 2012.
