Nicholas Hussey

Nicholas Hussey serves as the Director of Human Resources at LJA Engineering, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Vice President - Human Resources for North America at Aggreko from March 2016 to April 2023, where leadership was provided to a $650M business unit with a workforce of 1300 and a team of ten. Nicholas's extensive HR experience includes consulting roles at NGHussey Consulting Ltd. for Anadarko Petroleum and PetroSaudi, as well as significant positions at Marathon Oil Company, where multiple promotions were achieved during a tenure from 2006 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Geography from Brunel University London and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
