Sheldon Swensen

Sheldon Swensen has a strong background in waste management and operations. Sheldon is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at LJP Waste Solutions since October 2022. Previously, they worked at Stericycle for seven years as the District Operations Manager. Prior to that, Swensen was associated with the City of Minneapolis as part of the Solid Waste & Recycling Division in 2013-2014. Sheldon also has extensive experience with Waste Management, where they held multiple roles including District Manager and Sales Manager from 1991-2012. Throughout their career, Swensen has showcased their leadership skills through managing teams, implementing safety programs, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business growth.

Sheldon Swensen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
