Geoffrey Slater

Geoffrey Slater has been working in the IT industry since 1991. Geoffrey began their career with the United States Air Force as a Senior Network Engineer. After four years of active duty, they transitioned to the Air National Guard. In 1998, they began working as a Network Systems Analyst II for Safeway. In 2001, they moved on to become a Senior Network Engineer for Utah Education Network, where they trained regional and district IT personnel. In 2005, they became a Senior Network Engineer for Zions Bancorporation, where they architected and configured network infrastructure. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Network Systems Engineer for Citrix, where they were awarded Networking Sales Engineer of the Year for the Western region in 2012. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Networking Pre-Sales Engineer for Avi Networks, where they managed all accounts in the Rocky Mountain and TOLA regions. Geoffrey then worked for Red Sky Solutions, LLC from 2017 to 2020 as a Networking Pre-Sales Engineer, where they developed advanced solutions to improve client use of new technologies. Currently, they are a Senior Solutions Engineer for LKMethod.

Geoffrey Slater attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied Electronic Systems and Management.
