Abhik Basak

Abhik Basak has a strong background in security management and business analysis. Abhik is currently serving as the Global Security Director at LKQ Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sitel for over 9 years, where they held various roles including Senior Security Manager, Manager - ISO Compliance & Integrated Management Systems, and Assistant Manager - Business Analysis. Before joining Sitel, they worked as a Business Analyst at eClerx from May 2011 to April 2012. Abhik started their career at Rolta India Ltd in March 2007 and worked there for over 4 years.

Abhik Basak completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRESCOE in 2006. Abhik then pursued a PGDBA degree in Marketing from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Abhik Basak has obtained several certifications including EC-Council's Certified Chief Information Security Officer, CRISP - Certified Risk Professional, CISM, and various certifications related to ISO27001 and ISO27701 implementation and auditing.
