Chris Threet has over 12 years of work experience in purchasing and IT vendor management. Chris started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Tennessee Technological University in 2006 before moving on to work as a Purchasing Specialist at Knoxville Utilities Board from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Tractor Supply Company where they held various roles, including Purchasing Specialist, Senior Purchasing Specialist, and Manager of Purchasing. Since 2018, they have been working as the Global Director of IT Vendor Management and Sourcing at LKQ Corporation.
Chris Threet earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tennessee Technological University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Chris later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same university from 2006 to 2007.
