Tom Dötsch

Tom Dötsch is a seasoned ITSM expert presently serving as Senior ITSM Manager at LKQ Europe since April 2019, focusing on ITSM improvement and transformation across the organization. Prior experience at Atos spanned over a decade, where Tom held multiple roles including IT Service Manager for Royal BAM, Dutch National Police, and other transition and transformation projects. Additionally, Tom worked as Cluster Service Manager for Philips Lighting & Healthtech, and Service Delivery Manager for various firms such as DSM and OCI Nitrogen. Tom began career as a SAP basis consultant at Ictopus and Philips Lighting BV, progressing to TeamLead in System Management Operations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture & Furniture Design from Hogeschool Zuyd.
