Jennifer Bohaty

Jennifer Bohaty has a diverse work experience in various roles related to ethics, compliance, product safety, and quality assurance. Jennifer currently serves as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at LL Flooring, where they are responsible for building positive relationships with government officials and resolving corporate Department of Justice issues. Prior to this role, Jennifer founded Strategic Compliance Advisors, LLC., where they provided consulting services and critical insights to a software start-up, leading to partnerships with high-profile clients such as Disney and Hasbro. Jennifer also held executive positions at Toys R Us, where they focused on global product safety, quality, and compliance. Earlier in their career, they worked at Target and Northwest Mortgage Services, Inc., where they gained experience in product safety management and corporate litigation.

Jennifer Bohaty completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University from 1988 to 1992. Jennifer then obtained a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute from 1995 to 1997.
