Lori Garverick

Lori Garverick has extensive work experience in IT management and business analysis. Lori started their career at Circuit City as a Systems Accountant, where they acted as a liaison between the Accounting and Information Systems departments and supervised a clerical position. Lori then transitioned into a Programmer Analyst role, programming in RPG, CLP, and COBOL for various accounting systems. Lori later became a Senior Programmer Analyst, responsible for daily production support, program fixes, and short-term enhancements.

After their time at Circuit City, Lori worked as a Programmer Analyst at Ciba Vision before returning to Circuit City in a Project Manager role. In this role, they managed support, Y2K compliance, and development organizations for various systems. Lori also played a key role in the implementation of package systems and a merchandising transformation project.

Lori then joined Staff Focus Consulting LLC as a Program Manager before eventually joining LL Flooring. At LL Flooring, they took on various roles including Business Systems Analyst, IT Manager, and Director of IT. In these roles, they were involved in the implementation of the SAP Retail ERP System, expansion into Canadian operations, and overall application stability.
