Jordan Denning

Jordan is a versatile corporate attorney with over 20 years of experience in general corporate law, including business formation and strategy, bankruptcy and restructuring, start-ups, technology and IP, and sports, and entertainment law. He is also experienced in management and leadership, as well as private and "in house" practice with public and private companies.

Previously, Jordan worked with a diverse group of startups, existing businesses and prominent national law firms, with an emphasis on business formation and counsel, “deal making”, and general corporate law with concentration on IP, technologies, contracts and negotiation.

He has also been involved in leadership training and team building ranging from high school, to military, to large corporations and professional teams.In his free time, Jordan enjoys athletics of all kinds, the outdoors, reading, cooking, and raising his young son.

Jordan holds a joint JD/Master of Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and was awarded a B.A. in English Literature from Hobart College. He is Admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia and South Carolina.
