Laurelle Brown is a seasoned professional in training, consultancy, and safeguarding, with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Laurelle Brown Training and Consultancy since May 2017, Laurelle also co-founded KIJIJI, supporting Black Safeguarding Professionals, and serves as a Peer Cadre Reviewer for the VKPP, enhancing police responses to vulnerabilities.
