Liz Pepler

Liz Pepler is the Founder of Embrace Finance, established in January 2018, which aids small charities and social enterprises in building financial resilience through workshops, mentoring, and resources. Currently, Liz serves as a Finance Associate at both Civic Power Fund and St Ethelburga's Centre for Reconciliation and Peace, and as a Finance Trainer at NCVO. Additionally, Liz is the Co-Founder of the Small Charity Friendly Collective and acts as an Enhance consultant for Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales, providing consultancy support to charity leadership. Former roles include Interim CEO at Small Charities Coalition and Director of Operations (Interim) at the School for Social Entrepreneurs. Liz holds numerous degrees, including a Master of Science in Charity Accounting and Financial Management and is continuing education in Endowment Asset Management at Cambridge Judge Business School.
