Ceri Connolly

Ceri Connolly (FCIPD) currently serves as the People Partnering Director for Insurance, Pensions & Investments at Lloyds Banking Group, a role commenced in January 2024. Prior to this, Ceri held various leadership positions at Lloyds Bank, including People Director for Insurance & Wealth and Interim Group DE&I Director, focusing on employee strategy and experience. Previous experience includes senior HR roles at Hastings Direct, Aviva, and Norwich Union, where Ceri directed HR strategies, managed significant acquisitions, and supported organizational transformations. Ceri holds a BA Hons Degree in Industrial Relations (HRM) from the University of Kent and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
