Nofi Balogun

Nofi Balogun currently serves as the Emerging Talent Branding & Attraction Manager at Lloyds Banking Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nofi held positions at UBS as the EMEA Campus Marketing & University Relations Lead and at Barclays as the UK Campus Marketing Lead. Nofi also contributed to the Thelma Matilda Alves Foundation as Vice Chair and gained experience as an Internal Recruiter at Resource Solutions and an Internal Recruitment Resourcer at Collinson Group. Nofi began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at Marks Sattin. Nofi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Professional Placement in Law from Brunel University London, completed in 2014.
