Ben Truman

Ben Truman has extensive experience in talent and learning design, currently serving as the Talent & Learning Design and Content Lead at Lloyd's Register since March 2017. Prior roles at Lloyd's Register include Lead Learning Designer and Learning Content Designer. Prior to this, Ben held the position of e-Learning Manager and e-Learning Developer at a Global Training Provider from January 2015 to February 2017. Ben's career began at Compass Group as a Food and Beverage Attendant from March 2012 to July 2014. Academically, Ben Truman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of South Wales between 2011 and 2014, following education at The Cotswold School from 2004 to 2011.
